These magazines were made in Belgium by FN for Germany per their specifications   Additional information Weight 1 lbs Dimensions 4 × 3 × 4 in History The G1 (Gewehr 1) rifle was the name given to FN Fal rifles made specifically for West Germany’s Bundeswehr. This was done for a short period in 1957 until 1958 and was the start of the re-arming of NATO’s section of Germany (West Germany. The G1 was withdrawn from service fairly quickly as Germany was upset FN Herstal in Belgium would not grant them licensing rights to produce the rifle in Germany. The G1 rifle competed against the G2 (SIG 510 AMT) and CETME type rifle which was ultimately replaced by the G3 a German improvement to the CETME C.       Condition Excellent Condition Markings None
