The sturdy nylon base of the vest is lined with soft foam that comforts the weight of your loadout and also serves as chest and back protection. The Gen X vest quickly adjusts for height in the shoulders and width at the waist, with belt loops at the bottom for securing to a duty belt. On the back you have four pod pouches with elastic loops to sling two more for a total of six pods, and an air tank pouch with Velcro keeper strap that will accommodate up to a fat 88ci HPA tank. Up front you have three pouches for grenades or similar size items, a general purpose zipper pouch with a flip down map/ ID window, and a radio holder.
