Mini Metaxa 12* Miniature 0.05L The Metaxa 12* has a bright amber color, with bronze highlights around the edges. It matures for at least 12 years in French oak barrels. It has a strong aroma with a hint of vanilla. The taste is felt with dried flowers and selected subtle aromatic herbs appearing alternately. Also coffee, caramel, and chocolate combined with plums and orange peel. Overall, the taste is fresh and velvety, beautifully balanced, with tones of fruit in honey (figs and plums). In the Greek market, one brandy dominates and that is Metaxa.
